Barbers can be configured into smaller tracks, have they ever done it?

I saw it done once at a WERA race, but only for the vintage bikes and it was because of some other issue with the track. I believe it was the first race weekend ever at Barber, don't think it has been done since.

The real question is : is that short track at the top right a cart track? And if so will they let people race mini-bikes on it?

It looks like a cart track for sure. Looks like a lot of fun as well.

There is a kart track. Not sure about mini-bikes. However, if you strap two mini-bikes together with ratchet-straps you should be golden.

Barbers has been run as a short course for WERA minis (50cc) races and once during an oil down around 8,9,area during AHRMA , but to my knowledge it has never had 2 short course events running simultaneously . Thats what the two cut threws(using portable barriers) are for as I understand it.

And I believe that is the plan for the TT/PDX on Saturday at AMP in June. ATL region will be running an autocross on one side of the track while they run a TT on the other side.

Since that last video was taken only a few weeks ago, is it actually going to be ready? Looks like a small track , but should still be fun. We making parking lots fun, so I can handle a small track lol

Looks narrow...I suspect it will look VERY narrow at speed. Too bad I won't get to run there as I have no intention of reconfiguring my exhaust to meet their sound. CB

There are three passing zones at TGPR, other tracks may vary.
