I use Chrome and they didn't show up. If you try to open the image in a new tab, it will ask you to log in again. If you do this, then you can see the images. Probably related to those that use the "stay logged in" feature.Nick Stone

I'm pretty sure it's vBullitin being out of date.

This looks like it will be under a good bit of stress, other braking planned?

No. This is an engineered peice from Speedway Motors specifically designed for Oval Racing and Street Rods utilizing spherical bearing Coilover Shock design. I can only go off of what they have been using for quite a while.Originally posted by engled View Post

The spherical bearing is 1/2" so that gives you an idea of how big everything is. The aluminum peice that is against the mount is probably 1 1/4" in diameter. Its all pretty beefy.
There may end up being some tie in from the mount to the roll hoop that will be going over the drivers and passenger legs. But that will be determined.John Kilgore...if winning was easy, losers would do it.

I can't see the photos - If I right click on the spot where the image should be and open in a new tab, I get "You are not logged in or you do not have permission to access this page. . ." Something about the photos requires admin privileges, it seems.

Remember, I do drug testing so I have access to many many things that make me quite the superhero. A few lab spills here and there, cut an extra limb off, its all in a days work. A little dirty metal is no big deal.Originally posted by JohnW8 View PostI could see them on my phone.
Have you updated your tetanus shots?
The spiders on the other hand. I don't like all the spiders that called this thing home. I'm pretty sure I have killed them all now though.

That did it for me. I assumed it was because of user privileges, so I didn't try signing in, again, the first time.Originally posted by seducksauce View Postlog in again
Whatever part of the software is serving the photos apparently can't see my logged-in-forever status.Chuck Schultz

It's not a permissions problem, it's the browser or that the forum is so out of date that it doesn't recognize the browser. If it was a permissions problem it would do it in all browsers. I think the best thing would be to disable uploads and force people to host pictures them selves as Cholewa has mentioned. I think the next time someone complains I'll disable it.

I don't like the way the attached photos look. They look much cleaner when they're hosted externally. Besides, when someone is viewing as a guest, they can't see, and we should be open with our information.Originally posted by engled View PostI think the best thing would be to disable uploads and force people to host pictures them selves as Cholewa has mentioned.
