Darryl pointed me to racerender.com. If you don't have anything else to do the job this free software can be used to save your video in a smaller format, among lots of other uses.

I also use race render.com for some video editing. Its a good product.

Here's a lap with RaceRender (version 1), the audio sucks because the mic is blown. The video quality is SD, a GoPro or decent HD camera would make a much better video:
