  • Pictures from Points 6

I got TONS of pictures yesterday. I started with over 270, then filtered them down to 109. I gave my camera to a friend for the second run group during timed runs. He is a bit biased toward VW/Audi since he drives an S4 that looks just like Joel's car....not stage 3 though.

During fun runs I had the camera near worker station 6 (at the bottom of the course).
I'm still kind of a newb with cameras, and this is my second time to try panning for race pictures. Any constructive criticism is welcome from some of you more seasoned photographers.

Here's a few of my favs:

Jordan tearing it up in the Miata!

And one of my favs from the entire day! I really wish I could have captured the whole car...sorry Joel. The full quality pic is pretty awesome!

Cholewa getting a taste of a proper VW hatchback.

...and the rest of the album. I might be setting up a webspace so I can host some of these, and other pictures, in high res. Let me know if there are any that you want a full size copy of.

GOOD GOD it looks like the car is going to roll over. Its a good thing you kept the bike rack on Dave, otherwise the downforce wouldn't have been there.
John Kilgore...if winning was easy, losers would do it.

LOL! Not to mention the extra rigidity!

No problem dude! I registered for a domain space the other day. As soon as I get it set up decently, I'll start hosting high res pictures on it. If you want any of those in high res, let me know and I'll give you a link to download it/them.
