13 hours, 900 miles driven, 30 gallons of gas, two crappy breakfasts, two great shrimp baskets, two cups of coffee, two cheese danishes and a great day with my dad. Oh yeah, we did pick up a car as well.
Where were you at the first 4 events? The 4wd guys did everything they could to kick the sissy cars in the teeth. High speed didn't work, tight didn't work, technical (if you want to call it that) didn't work... You need to set up the next course that way you can have the privilege of getting your butt kicked on your very own course
Girls... please! When last I looked, VW's and Miata don't compete against one another in any class. Well, unless you're looking at raw times or pax then it doesn't look so good either.
I'm not arguing that miatas are better than rabbits. I'm arguing that getting beat by a modified car in a stock car (truly stock) based on raw times is silly.

Because they heard I liked my name, so they put my name as my name so I could have my name in my name... all the time.
I'm sick of getting my butt kicked by chick cars on courses designed for chick cars.
I thought you were implying that Miatas get special advantages in course design. The PAX numbers say you are more than capable of beating a Miata. Hat's off to you but to imply the course are designed for chic..err Miatas is plainly silly.
I'm not gonna say that courses are designed specifically for Miatas, but I'll say that the little buggers fit more easily through the gates on many courses.

There's no argument there. A small car will fit through a gate of given size better than a larger car. Honestly though the Miata isn't that much smaller (narrower) than a VW or an EVO. Heck my E30 is slightly narrower than my Miata until I put on the 255's then the E30
is a lot narrower.
VW GTI Width:69.3"
Track:60.4"
Mazda MX5 Width: 67.7"
Track:58.7
Is 1.6" really that much of an advantage through a 12' gate?
