I was glad to see more realism in the racing part of Mario Kart Wii. While I still don't really need the brakes, I do have to lift occasionally.

By "occasionally" do you mean on Star Road? PM me your Wii info and I'll add you as a friend/Mario Kart racer guy. I have no Wii friends. =(
