    Bill,

Thanks for the links. But I'm pretty much getting this setup. I can't go wrong-its such a sweet deal. Even if it winds up being too much work to make it work I can sell it all and make money off of it.

    Stay Tuned!

Well, change of directions again. After some thinking, I don't think I'm going to deal with the UK guy. He wants me to do a direct bank transfer-and I just don't feel comfortable doing that.

So, now I'm going with a 5.0 motor out of a mustang with a T5. It's gonna be stock with a mild cam and I'm keeping it fuel injected.

Well it looks like I'll be getting the SR swap after all. We've worked everything out and it should all be here the second week of April. While the car is down I'll have to AutoX the cobalt...wonder what class I'll be in?

LOL...with the tires I have on there at the moment, I DON'T THINK SO... I've actually got to put a clutch in the Cobalt so I can drive it while the 7 is down. I should of put some struts on there when I put the springs on. But back then-I don't think that aftermarket struts were even available yet. Not to mention that the steering input on the Cobalt is quite possibly the worst I've ever seen on a coupe. It's even worse than a GTO!!!

What if I put the stock springs back on?

It's not, I have a whole different exhaust with no cat...

                          So here's what I'm getting.

35,000 actual mile S14A SR20DET engine and transmission
                          Uncut wiring harness
                          All sensors, accessories
ACT Unsprung 6 puck ceramic clutch
                          ACT Flywheel
Garrett GT-2860RS Ball bearing turbo (internal wastegate)
                          3" downpipe
                          Stainless Steel tubular exhaust manifold
                          550 cc Injectors
Apexi Power FC Computer with Commander
                          Nismo engine and transmission mounts
                          E-bay FMIC with all piping
                          stock clutch
                          stock maf
                          Greddy oil cap
                          Greddy radiator cap
Koyo radiator for S14 (was leaking but repaired-don't need, but what the hell?!?)
                          Engine grouding kit
Oil sandwhich plate for my gauges
                          Battery relocation kit
                          Engine grouding kit

The only thing from my car that I will actually be using is my Aeromotive rising rate FPR, Walbro 255 lph pump and my ISC radiator. I may use the back section of my exhaust, but I will have to see if it will work. Turbo exits on driver's side and exhaust exits on passenger side now...

All this comes out to 607 pounds and is in a giant wooden box...I just hope it all makes it here in one piece...

                          I'm getting excited...300+whp here I come!!!!

Not to mention that my car will have Torque now!!!
