  • Roll Cage?

I'm looking to get a SCCA-legal roll cage built and installed for my '96 Miata. I've been talking to ATL Speedwerks (Atlanta) and East Street Racing (Memphis), and they sound like they REALLY know what they are doing, but...they are 3-4 hours away. I saw that there's a Kirk Racing just a half-hour away from me that builds roll cages...does anyone know anything about them? Any other recommendations for a roll cage builder/installer? I'm not opposed to buying a kit and having someone install it if anyone can recommend a person...

    Thanks!

Kirk Racing is great. They've built MANY cages for our club members, as well as hundreds of other race cars for various series. They do good work for a good price. I'd say they're the go-to shop around here.

Yeah...take it to Kirk. Mark Stewart @ Kirk Racing is an old friend of mine, as well as teammate in our endurance racing effort, and does great work. When you make an appointment with him you can be assured he wants to get it done ontime and back in your hands asap.

Look us up if you come out to the World Racing League event at Barber this weekend and you might get to talk to Mark about what you're wanting to do. Kirk Racing logos are on the trailer and we're driving the red Accord coupe.

Thanks, y'all! I e-mailed Kirk Racing and I'll set up a time to go by and talk with him.
