Just sent a deposit on the "new" race car. Going to pick it up next week.

Now I have to decide what class to run this year.

When i can find a class that makes sense. The new car may be an STU car. I have to do some more research. I know it's passed being an IT car.

3.5" mass air meter. M5 clutch. 24# injectors.

Plus, I'm not even sure if Sediv runs ITE, which is the only place I've seen E36 M3s run.

Educate me where I'm wrong.

NASA GTS3 would probably be the easy button.

M3/e36 is not classified by SCCA. Anywhere you go in the SE you should find an ITE class. Chassis is OK for ITS or ITR but motor/brakes would have to be 2.5. I seriously contemplated building one before I bought my RX7....still may as I have access to exactly those parts with an unmolested chassis.

Or, I'll just sick to TT and run BSP, SU, or STU depending on what prep I decide to do.
