I think they are running Sat-Mon. The schedule changed a few weeks ago from a Fri-Sat schedule. Double-check the Barber site for the latest.

If I ignored you, please accept my apologies, but my brain and ears apparently shut off while limping my way home.

Check out the oak mountain 50K.... I ran it on saturday. After 33+ miles over the hills and dales of Oak Mountain, about all I could think about was the searing pain going through my hips as I wandered back to my car.

Again, my apologies ... I certainly would have loved to hang out. The people I went with left early for work and it wasn't as much fun watching by myself.

And by the way ... before you sign up for a thirty plus mile race, you should probably train a little bit....
