Also, if you are running a car with an airbag you need an open face helmet!

I still have a problem with this idea. I seem to remember that the original concern about full-face helmets was a result of testing in F1 (lay-down) cars. The air bag was pushing the chin bar back, and causing bodily harm as a result.

I'd like to know if there has been any testing with upright, stock seats in a production-based automobile. Having experienced one airbag deployment (without a helmet,) I prefer the full-face unit, until I can be convinced otherwise.

As for glasses, I put the helmet on first, then put on my glasses. This screws up the adjustment of the temples, sometimes, but it can be done.
