I think the car on the bottom went under the larger one. You can see marks on the hood where it might have gone under the rear bumper.

I'd like to know why and who? I searched the Net but didn't get a hit on any report.

That has to be what happened. You can see the debris trail (glass, etc...) scattered behind the Corsica.

Besides that, how fast would the car on bottom have to be moving - and simultaneously turning / braking (to get the nose to dive) into the parking space that was occupied by the car on top - in order to scoop it up like that? No chance.

Wait! I got it. The car underneath ran into the car on top while, in the isle-way. She (yes I said it) saw a spot open up right up front and had to have it, even if it meant taking another car with her!

I think what had happen wuz like, you know like one ah dem carz was all back up n shit and the other one was like, goin str8. then they kinda like ya know just got all up on each other and dis whatchu got.

I can't see the island area in front of these cars, but maybe the top car backed over that, onto and up the bottom car. With a little momentum I could see that. It could make sense for the visible damage. The weirdest part is that the A pillars didn't seem to collapse at all. Typically they lean in and the B pillars keep the roof up. That crane theory isn't bad either.
