What's In a Name Anyway?
"Who" is on Start, "What" is on Grid and "I don't Know" is at Timing ... gets confusing at times. But what is in a name that makes it memorable anyway? Charlie, John, Nick are just names unless you can place them with a face. Why don't we just do like NASCAR and have a nick naming contest ... like "The Intimidator" or "Smoke"! Everybody knows who "The Intimidator" was and who could forget "Smoke". In autocross circles we might could have a "Crash Cone", "DNF Dan", "Mad Miata Mike" or even a "Han Solo", whaterver that is. But we all remember who is behind a nick name instantly, don't we? Hey, if we don't have nick names we're all gonna wind up wearin' name tags one day; maybe.Charlie

Lot's of new people on the forum so I thought I would bump this thread again. Keep in mind this is a club and we do actually meet face to face and hang out. If you don't want to to called MadVt3chondaboi or DaleJrsBiggestfan or what ever you have entered for your user name you might want to put your real name in you signature.
