    very interesting idea. I haven't experienced a problem with the sun yet, my banner is fairly low as it is, but I also haven't had the track time to see if the sun will cause problems in that scenario. It will be something I will keep in mind.

      Must have been 2001 or 2002 or so, the Solo windshield banner from TireRack.com was a solid colored background with white letters. My wife got a ticket for having the thing on there.

        Yeah, I'm certain that lower strip wouldn't be street legal. I've only driven with this type of tinted windshield on the sim, but it's nice ... even with fake sunlight.

            I'd guess a 35%-ish. 20% might work, but would be really dark I think.
