      Yes I saw that. So how did they make it temporary? Is it gonna go up and down for every IRL race?

        If they don't have holes where you can use them, it would be really nice if they could resolve that by reconfiguring the stations to make it practical, or whatever it takes, since this is a safety issue. While they're at it, it would be helpful if they could raise the station roofs a few inches.

        I think I would've moved to the break to flag, unless instructed specifically not to. I want everybody to see my flags (see my new avatar, for proof.)

        This is something that will probably be discussed during whatever debrief happens after the event. There are lots of things that went very well, and there are a few things that didn't go as well, I'm sure, since this was a new experience for lots of the players involved.

        The fences are modular in construction, and can be put up and down fairly quickly by an experienced crew, especially after the first installation, I'll bet. Take a look at the Long Beach Grand Prix course, on your DVR, after you get home from TGPR. I'm quite sure all of the fences, there, are temporary; installed and torn down each year.
