Whats this about capitalization???

I thought we lived in America where capitalization of any kind is becoming more and more against the grain? First I'm not allowed to actually build my business to anywhere near a decently profitable level without the government taking 70 percent of our money and now I can't use upper case letters in the name of capitalizing, what's next I ask you?
