ALSCCA Secretary position open

We need nominees who are willing to be at each club meeting and do the duties of secretary.The duties of secretary are as follows:

Be at the meeting
take notes of the goings on
transcribe those notes to PDF
Post that PDF to the forum

The Secretary should be an SCCA member .The Secretarys SCCA membership dues will be reimbursed to him or her by ALSCCA for as long as he or she is Secretary.

Try using Open Office - it can export to .pdf IIRC.

There are tons of free PDF creators. Most install as a printer so you just print to the converter from any application.

I have the power to make PDF's, it's not a problem. Do I need to be at this meeting next week to vote myself in?
