Forum will no longer be utilized!

After facing many challenges with utilization of this forum for many years, the board voted on the evening of 1/12/2026 to stop use of the forum in favor of the modern, more effective means.

Most of our general club organization will now be coordinated via Discord and results from our events along with schedules and announcements will be hosted on our main alscca.net webpage.

What does this mean for the old forum? Well, in short we are going to stop using it. This has been reviewed several times in the past few years, and there has been a desire for some of more tenured members of the club to have the historic content preserved. In an effort to preserve this content, it was discovered that we could not simply export the content to be placed in a modern website. This forum will now become an archive only forum and will not be monitored. If you wish to preserve any of the content, this is your time to search the pages to find it. There is no promise that this content will remain available forever with the fragile nature of this forum.

    SCR-SCCA PDX & Track Trial- CMP - August 16th



    Sunday August 16, the Cool Shirt SEDIV TT Points Series comes to Carolina Motorsports Park in Kershaw, SC in conjunction with a PDX event for experienced and novice drivers.

    Track Trials offers closed-course track time, with competition decided by fastest time around the course. This is a points event for the 2009 SEDIV TT Series. We are using the new format with point-by p******* so everyone will get a great deal of track time. AMB Transponders are required and will be available to rent at the track.

    PDX is the SCCA's name for HPDE (High Performance Driver's Education) which offers instruction both in the classroom and on the track, giving drivers the opportunity to improve their driving skills and increase their enjoyment of driving their street vehicle.

    In both TT and PDX, drivers will get 5 sessions of track time on CMP's full course.

    To ensure availability of instructors, Novice PDX Registration closes Monday, August 10th at 11:59 PM

    Mail-In Registrations must be postmarked no later than August 7th.

    Online registration closes August 15th. Online payment is NOT required.

    Due to far lower than anticipated entries, the 8 Hour Enduro at Carolina Motorsports Park scheduled for August 15th has been canceled.

    The Time Trial/PDX scheduled for Sunday, August 16th has not been canceled.
