2015 TT Schedule

So I saw that the 2015 dates were up on the SE Div. site. I was disappointed to see that there is no Road Atlanta date this year. Any ideas why that is?

The ATL Region decided that running a TT in conjunction with a Club Race was just no longer a viable option. For the big tracks that cost a lot of money to rent, just running a TT isn't viable bc of the lack of participation. It has to be run in conjunction with a club race but even then, that doesnt always work.

Atlanta Region is looking a other options between AMP and AMS so stay tuned. The TT at RA went thru several different versions from one day to two. The practice day on Friday before the RR's also would take entries away and the bottom line was the TT community just didn't show up number wise.
