8 Flagging and Communications
4 Registration folks
3 Pit and Grid
3 Stewards

We need more for Flagging and Communications. There are a lot of cars/drivers attending this event and the corner workers will have to be on their toes.

I signed up for T&S since I don't really know what control falls under being in the tower and mobile. I guess it would be F&C but I dunno.

From the last few years, there have typically been 5 people or so doing T&S and related tasks.

But if there is no need for help as control I can easily get on a corner and hold some blue flags.

At least two of the T&S folks are incorrectly registered. Michael is F&C, and young Mr. Webb is working Sound, IIRC. One T&S person, Steve Conrad, is part-time, mainly working setup on Friday, since he's entered to compete. That leaves one National licensed T&S, one Divisional, and a couple runners and/or trainees in T&S. That's a nice crew for TT.

There are 6 usable corner stations, so, ideally, we need 13 volunteers in F&C, including the Control Communicator. Station 1 can double as Starter. Station 5 is unmanned for car events. Station 7 handles traffic at the inside gate, as well as F&C.

Jim Eckert is pre-registered for Registration, but he'll be setting up, running and certifying a location for Sound Control as SEDiv DA for Sound, with some help from me if I'm not needed for F&C.
