Proposed Fall 2009 clinic dates

Before we get with site owners about use of facilities on certain dates, we need to nail down those dates. I've looked at the ALSCCA calendar and tried to avoid other planned events, holidays, and especially tried to avoid a Saturday/Sunday combination of events (to give us all at least one weekend day to spend with family, friends, dogs, grass cutting, etc.). So here are the dates I've come up with:

September 12 or 26
October 17
November 7

Please let me know if these seem acceptable. If so, we will approach site owners with these dates.

September 12 - LeMons South at CMP

or 26 - Petit LeMans

October 17 - Chin Motorsports at BMP, SVRA at Road Atlanta, NASA at Atlanta Motorsports Park (in the unlikely event that they build it in time.)

November 7 - SCCA American Road Race of Champions at Road Atlanta

I've got a wedding some time in September, so one of those dates might not work. I'll have to get back to you. Otherwise it looks good.

the later two dates look good for us i think. first two in Sept are the weekend before the wedding, not sure what my mental state will be at that point (out of excitment of course) and we won't be back from the honeymoon til the 27th. but like i said we will do our best to make those last two ones.

Yeah David, I've been hitched for nearly 3 years now. I've got to attend the wedding of a really close friend in Atlanta and I'm the best man it seems. I'd argue that there are better men out there, but who am I to question him ...

However, if it makes you feel better, my anniversary is in September as well, so if you'd like to deliver a set of r-comps to my place around the 16th, I'd happily accept them. 255/40/17 please.

BTW, that wedding is on the 10th and I plan to come back to AL on the 11th, so I should be good with those dates.

Hey David, my parents' 37th wedding anniversary is coming up and I'm sure they'd LOVE to have a set of R-comps for decoration in their living room... 205/50-16's... that's the only thing that will fit... in their living room...

Sept 27th I'll be at Petit, Nov 7th back at Road Atlanta, the others will probably work.
