Tenative schedule for 09

I realize i'm not in charge of this, nor do I have any place in requesting dates, but if at all possible, can we get a list of proposed clinic dates sometime in the near future so that we can all pin down our days?

Or at least start a discussion on what saturdays we could run without too many interferences from other region races?

I think it would be a good idea for the respective chairs of the various ALSCCA programs to sit down TOGETHER and work out a CLUB schedule. This should include representation from NDCCC, Solo, RallyCross, RR, TT, HPDE, and the Hooters Beer Drinking Championship. I realize some of the dates for 2009 are, out of necessity, in place already, but those reps could give us info to consider in setting the other items on the club's schedule, such as important race/event dates in neighboring regions.

This should be something for the MFWIC to coordinate. :>)

I just saw this post Greg.Our next club meeting is 1-13-09.Rallyx ,solo,CR,hooters beer championship folks ETC ... should be present at that meeting .We could hash it out there for the most part .By large...the solo schedule is the most cumbersome.I think Jamie H. has most of his proposed schedule hammered out as well as the neighboring regions solo schedules .

Since NDCCC is the only club program that is essentially on Saturdays ...it should be pretty easy for NDCCC.Call me .

Yes, the Saturday dates make it easy to find open dates, but then we don't want to ask our volunteers to surrender an entire weekend for NDCCC on Saturday and another club activity on Sunday.

I think it can all be worked out with some consideration and coordination from all parties involved.

I'll try to make it on the 13th.
