Count me in...what time do I need to be there?

Workers need to be at the church around 800-815 to help start setup. I will be there earlier to unlock the building and start blocking the entrances. Students are asked to arrive about 830 and the class starts at 900.

Originally had you on the list but thought y'all were heading out of town. We are short help with setup experience at GFBC and I would love to have you guys if you can make it. Just let me know.

With Steffens & Williams already coming, we would look like an all-Evo club if you guys come out

Yes, please wear a red shirt if you have one. Several of us have red polos we use. This helps make the workers easy to identify.

Also, there are drink machines in the church but you may want to toss some water & drinks in a cooler. Basically plan like you do for working an autocross: gloves, sunscreen, etc.

And one final reminder, please be there about 800 or so we can get our act together before students start showing up.

I can't say thanks enough...it would be a tough day if me & Zac had to do everything!

The church address is 940 Main St, Gardendale, AL, 35071. Directions:

- Take I-65 to exit 271, Fieldstown Road
- Go east on Fieldstown Road
- Turn right at the 4th traffic light on to Main Street
- Go approximately 2 blocks and the church is on your right. We will be in the large lot between the church and the new Gardendale High School.

By the way, the large cross that you will see as you approach exit 271 is our new church campus which opened in August.
