    GENERAL INFO
    • Waivers: Everyone working Waivers must be an SCCA Member. If you volunteer for Waivers, you'll receive further information through email.
    • Registration and payment for this event are online. I will try to stay ahead of any classing corrections to eliminate any changes at check-in. Weekend Memberships for entrants will be managed through MSReg.
    • Tech Inspectors: Only experienced SCCA Members can work Tech.
    • Novice Coaches should be experienced.
    • Shadows: If you’re interested in learning any of the skilled Early Worker positions (registration, trailer setup, tech, worker chief, timing, etc.), offer to Shadow. We’ll do our best to make it your worker position. The number of Shadow Positions offered will depend on the number of entrants. SSS shadows have priority.
    • Please let us know if you’re experienced with Timing or are interested in shadowing to learn this position.
Ideally, Early Workers would not be required to work during the event, but if attendance is low or

there’s a high rate of Novice entries, we may need you to cover an additional position.

I mentioned it at the last event, but I won't be available for this event and Johnny has graciously stepped up to chair the event.

Johnny will certainly do well to keep things on schedule and identify things that need to be done. However, I would like to request that other club members help him out in any way you can. The more tasks you can pick up on, the better the event will be executed.

I am registered but not sure yet if I’ll make it down due to a recent work promotion, should know my schedule next week.
If we are able to make it, definitely will help out as much as possible.
With that said, Carville was asking about how to become safety Stewart again, who can send me info on how he can start that process and renew his old safety Stewart from 20+ years ago

65,000+ door-to-door, cone clipping and dirt-throwing individuals make us the largest amateur motorsports club in the United States.

Basically, just ask to be able to register for a webinar (I think they are once a month) then do your shadows

Nick, My car repair is coming along better than thought so I will be able to make this event. If it works I could do SSS for this event or what ever you need.

login to your SCCA account. Under online store, select licenses, then find the SSS section. Follow the directions there to set it up. It’s all done online now. No need for a scheduled webinar like they used to do. I’m in the process of renewing mine as well.

Haley is interested in timing trailer setup. But will also do early paddock Marshal.

I’m game for SSS, late paddock Marshal.

I enjoyed Haley and I being in separate run groups this last event. If that happens again. I’m down for that. lol

Hey, I'd like to help with course setup. If you don’t need me there I could also shadow the trailer setup. Thanks!
