I wanted to make a sticky post on the Forum for all catagories, but that is not an option on that page. So, I made that post here in the Autocross section as it is the most used at this point.
I just cleaned up the LOOOONG list of users waiting approval, and I'd say 99.999% of the accounts were bots.
I did just accept several accounts from local folks who were trying to get active on the forum, and I could identify the accounts.
If I have deleted the request by mistake, please, try again, and maybe contact a local ALSCCA member to request us to review, and accept the account.
I would really like for this forum to begin thriving again, and folks can discuss track days, autocross, technical discussions, etc.
On social media sites, like Facebook, if you don't please the algorithm, the post isn't even seen by most relevant users. This forum is a great asset to log all the local events and share that information.
I'm going to begin posting more about my national event trips, and technical discussions on this forum for that reason going forward. I've even had several folks ask me about potentially attending a national event in the future, and this would be a great place to plan that outing.
