Now, what class am I in???

I usta was in STS2 running a 10 second deficit to a full race gutted Honda (the guy who invented this class was evidently drunk). So now where am I??
1993 Miata LE, bone stock- well, it does have a cold air nose and red leather seats! I'm so lost GPS won't help!

Any suggestions, other than SS or CSP?

The new STS was STS2 so you could run it or CSP or XP or the new RS class which you have to have red seats for. Your seats have to be pretty red to run RS.

There is some god awful loud Civic that comes from Huntsville I think that runs XP, he is very fast but doesn't come very often. I would stick to RS if I were you.


No really, STS is the place to be. You need to talk my dad in to running, he would be in your class if he did. Offer him a co-dive some time, we need to work on getting him behind the wheel.

Did Your Dad buy a Miata? Alan and I changed our plan and I'm thinking about selling my Miata. She's the best kept '93 I've seen not to mention all the features.

dont forget about the Honda team with their Odysseys.I think they are running in XP too but i believe they are in the N class.

I was unaware of this RS class. My factory seats have some red in them. Perhaps Ervin can give it a look, since he's class chief. PAX is around 0.765 isn't it?

My seats have a red "Si" embroidered into them... I want into RS if the Pax is .765! Those damn Mini Coopers have messed up GS pax

I believe I read that you have to use tires with a treadwear rating of 400 or higher in RS...
