Forum will no longer be utilized!

After facing many challenges with utilization of this forum for many years, the board voted on the evening of 1/12/2026 to stop use of the forum in favor of the modern, more effective means.

Most of our general club organization will now be coordinated via Discord and results from our events along with schedules and announcements will be hosted on our main alscca.net webpage.

What does this mean for the old forum? Well, in short we are going to stop using it. This has been reviewed several times in the past few years, and there has been a desire for some of more tenured members of the club to have the historic content preserved. In an effort to preserve this content, it was discovered that we could not simply export the content to be placed in a modern website. This forum will now become an archive only forum and will not be monitored. If you wish to preserve any of the content, this is your time to search the pages to find it. There is no promise that this content will remain available forever with the fragile nature of this forum.

    2019 ALSCCA Autocross Schedule

    I know you've all been waiting with bated breath for this announcement! See below for our current 2019 schedule. All autocross events will be at the Hoover Met this year. We are still working on an event for July, and will announce that as soon as there is something to be announced!

    Feb 24 (Sun) Test and Tune (may be changed to a points event)
    Mar 30 (Sat) Points Event 1
    Apr 27 (Sat) Midpond TrackCross
    May 19 (Sun) Points Event 2 ***CANCELLED***
    June 22 (Sat) Points Event 3
    Aug 25 (Sun) Points Event 4
    Sept 14 (Sat) Points Event 5
    Oct 20 (Sun) Points Event 6
    Nov 24 (Sun) Points Event 7

                  Test and Tune moved to Sun, 2/24 to avoid conflicts with TAC's TnT on Sat, 2/23. Still at the Met.

                    4/28 autocross has been removed, as there is a TAC event that date, and we are having the TrackCross at Midpond in April.

                    I am working on moving the May event as well, as there is a TAC event on that date.

                              The Met has no availability other than 5/19 during May. I'm working with TAC to see if we can pull off some other sort of change.
