This is the worker thread for the Hoover Met event on 12/08/18.
We would love to teach some new folks about these positions! If you work any of these positions, it is your work assignment for the day. This means you are free to lounge around, nap, or take rides with folks in the other run group!
If you are interested in one of these positions, but have not volunteered before, please send me message.
SCHEDULE:
7:00 a.m. - Gates open for Early Setup folks
8:30-9:00 a.m. - Registration
8:30-9:30 a.m. – Course open for walking
8:30-9:30 a.m. - Tech Inspection (You must be registered in order to get your car tech'd)
9:00 a.m. - Novice meeting and directed course walk
9:30 a.m. - Mandatory Driver's Meeting
10:00 a.m. - First car off
~4:00 p.m. - course clean up and trophy presentation
