For jobs that maybe you've done or helped with but don't think you're ready to solo I can just put "shadow" to the side to indicate you may need to shadow someone a couple times.

I should have already added this bit, but, I could be listed for truck and trailer transport, and course design, and timing (shadow) as I still have some learning to do with the AXware if I can talk Dwayne into showing me how to computer.

You could probably add Dwayne Custer to timing.
