  • WORKER THREAD, Solo @ TGPR 12/4/16

    This is the worker thread for the Non-Points/For Fun event that will be held on Sunday, 4 December 2016 at Talladega Gran Prix Raceway.

    As always, we need people to show up early and help us clean up and set up.

    Event is at Talladega Gran Prix Raceway: Map to 46 Pilgrim Ln, Munford, AL 36268

    Gates open at 7:00, tech closes at 9:00, on-site registration/check-in lasts until 9:15, and first car off at 10:00.

    If you have any questions, ask and we will try to answer.


    Early Set Up / 7:00a
    #1 Event Chair: Josh Bassett and Charles D'Ambrose
    #2 Course Designer: Clay.
    #3 Set Up (x3): Delanie, Truett x2.
    Timing and scoring (2 workers): Miles, Hardiman x2.

    Truck and Trailer driver(s) Saturday Evening, Sunday Evening after tear down (worker assignment for the day):

                      I'm assuming TGPR will have someone there manning the waiver booth themselves. If so we shouldn't need the early waiver spots.

                              If turnout does not improve significantly compared to the 49 registered at the moment, we will need early workers to also work the course. The current idea for course design incorporates basically the entire track and we will have a lot of ground to cover.
