I would assume the TnT wouldn't be appropriate for junior driver like Hallie since the nature of the event is to get as many runs as possible. I have her signed up just in case she can participate. Can someone advise whether she needs to sit out or not?

She is absolutely welcome to join. The public TnT is ran exactly like any normal autocross, except it doesn't count towards championship points.
