anyone have a cone handy?

Does any one have a cone that we use for autocross handy? I need something measured. Four inches from the top of the cone what is the circumference of the cone?

I do not have a cone handy, but through some questionable math that I'm pretty sure is probably not correct is should be about 3-3.5 inches.

I had a cone and got Darryl his answers. For those sadly interested in the result, it's 11" in circumference and 3.5" in diameter.

Oh yeah. I was so hung up on trying to estimate what the diameter is, that I forgot what I was even supposed to be calculating in the first place.
