Newbie Question that doesn't belong here
I just purchased a used Hard Dog M1 Sport 4point rollbar for my CSP Miata. I'm unsure about it being legal for solo. Can anyone provide some information about the legality?

It's Legal.
*as long as you aren't using a harness with the bar* Supposed to have to meet SCCA standards if you use it to secure yourself in the vehicle. If you aren't running a harness with it, you can make it out of PVC and be gravy baby.

If you want to use harnesses in a autox Miata you must have a roll bar with a harness bar.. Are you going to do track days with your car Chris?John W8

Yes John, that's why I purchased the bar. I'm not sure about it being legal though. I traded a miata valve cover for it so either way its a win win haha! And thanks for the info Heath!!Chris Asmus
