Dadgummit yall I printed & brought extra forms and had Greg Lee announce on the PA that there were extras at the timing trailer.

You can still get the form online, fill it out, and get Mike C to sign off, then you'll be all set to send it in. You were there, after all, and have fulfilled the class requirement - it'd be a shame to waste that valuable time
