Mine doesn't PAX that well but RAW is decent, if the Webb codrive falls through you're welcome to hop in the M3.

John Hunt PArk has a very rough surface. Potholes and very coarse surface, somewhat like a cheese grater. The courses are usually set up to miss the really bad spots but the surface will still accelerate wear on a set of R Comps.
