Interested in participating in auto cross

As titled says I've gained interest in participating in auto cross events. I did not know we had such events in Alabama till just recently. My car is a 94 Camaro Z28. It is just a toy and I figured this would be one way to enjoy it. Where can I get a copy of the rule book? Also I know zero about auto cross. How hard is it to get started?

Welcome! It's not hard at all to get started. Read the "ABOUT SOLO" thread above this one. It also has a link to the rule book. Don't worry about understanding the rules before you come out. There will be an autocross this Sunday at Oak Mountain Ampitheater in Pelham. Come out and participate, or at least get some questions answered. We have a great novice program to get you up to speed.

Thank you I will do that. Unfortunately I will be out of town this weekend but I plan on attending future events. May work a few to begin with to get the feel of things.

You should work and participate. You will regret not running, especially if you ride with someone. Everyone here its happy to help.
