  • Points 4 Worker Thread

    This is the worker thread for Points 4 Solo event that will be held on Sunday, July 27th at Oak Mountain Amphitheater.

    As always, we need people to show up early and help us clean up and set up.

    Event is at Oak Mountain Amphitheater.

    Gates open at 7:30, on-site registration/check-in lasts until 9:00, and first car off at 9:30.

    If you have any questions, please contact Mark Kilgore, or myself, John Kilgore and we will try to answer.

    Devotion / 9:15a

    Early Set Up / 6:30a
    #1 Event Chair: Mark and John Kilgore
    #2 Course Designer: Clay McCool
    #3 Set Up (x3): Steven Vanzant; Charles D'Ambrose, Nick Vagner

    Timing and scoring (4 workers): Rod Hardiman

    Registration 7:30a
    Pre-Registrar/Check-in: Josh Bassett
    Onsite-Registrar: Delanie Calhoun
    Cashier:

    Waiver station / 7:00a to 8:30 am (worker assignment for the day)

    Waiver Station / 8:15am to drivers meeting (worker assignment for the day)

    Tech Inspection / 7:30a
    (if you have not worked Tech before you must first talk with Heath, John, or Mark)

    Safety Steward / 7:30a We need 2 minimum (make sure you get your shadows in)

                        The lot looks brand new. The ripples are still there as are the low spots that collect grit and water but it all looks new. I wonder if the new white lines will interfere with the visibility on course, like a strobe effect. Should be fun with a chance of rain in the afternoon.
