    I'm thinking STR.
The next one up for you would be FSP but I don't think you have any mods that would bump you up.

Uh oh, Solo handbook 14.10.C for Street Touring-Engine and Drivetrain mentions carburetors.

I'll let those more informed correct me

Definitely bumps you into a prepared class. I remember when I first started I was racing my first volvo against a guy driving a sunbeam. We were both slow together, until he got a new carb and jumped out of HS and into FSP.

This all being said, I highly doubt anyone in HS would mind if you ran in that class. I would poll the HS drivers to see if anyone would contest you, and if they don't just keep running in HS.

Even if the carb swap was ST legal there is no Street Touring class for an MG. STS & STR are closed classes so only listed cars are eligible. ST classes with a "not otherwise classified" catchall specifically exclude two seat sportscars.

Thanks Rod. Now the absence of the Midget in the classifications makes sense to me now.
