This is the worker thread for Points 3 Solo event that will be held on Sunday, June 15th at Oak Mountain Amphitheater.

As always, we need people to show up early and help us clean up and set up.

Event is at Oak Mountain Amphitheater.

Gates open at 7:30, on-site registration/check-in lasts until 9:00, and first car off at 9:30.

I will be a safety steward but whoever is the 2nd steward may have to approve the course as i will be driving back from Atlanta. I will do my best to be there by 7:30

Sam will be there at 7:30 but the "other" Safety Steward will probably cover the course approval. That gets done right after the course layout is finished. Sorta 7:30am-8am-ish?

By the book he shouldn't do safety plus any other assignment, so you may need to recruit another novice helper. He would want to be early enough for the initial course approval. I haven't done it in a while so not real sure on the time...maybe 7:30 or so.
