Pros are 250, tours are 300 or at least that it's what I have always thought.

      • There is no fixed entry cap for tours. Some sites do have entry caps due to paddock size retrictions.

        • Dang those Harveys! How do they keep that Datsun Roadster alive in CSP?

It's very narrow and very fast.

              • Randall Prince posted n FB that there is a 260 cap for normal entries. So since Clay, Heath and Daryl are going there is room for 3 more.

                • My daughter may not go with me, so I probably have a room I can split with someone at Days Inn if needed. But you may have to watch some Fox News at night

I could get both to go in Spydey and make it a threesome in ESL. That would be fun to watch.

(after reading that, maybe I should reword it)

                            • Test 'n Tune is from 11am to 3pm EST. Tech for it is open from 10:30am to 3pm EST. Ticket sales end at 2pm EST.

                              Event information here: http://scca.cdn.racersites.com/prod/...formation1.pdf

What time do we want to get there?

How does the test n' tune work? How much does it cost? Pay per run? Limited number of runs? I'd have to arrive, change tires, unload everything from the car, tech, get in line. It'd be nice to be there by 12:30pm EST at the latest.

Google says it's a 3:15 drive from TigerTown to the track by way of 520 to Tifton, then I-75 to the track. Heath will be pulling a trailer and there will be some traffic on 520 so I'd guess more of a 3:45 drive. Then we lose an hour to EST time so we need to leave 5 hrs before whenever we want to arrive. That would put us leaving TigerTown at 7:30am at the latest, which would mean meeting there 30min or so earlier. This is why I posted on TAC/TVR that the ones leaving Huntsville at 4am Friday morning could join us in Opelika. They would be there right around 7:30am.

I'm game for leaving as early as possible. I know some people will be driving down that morning so it's more up to them. I do want to do the test 'n tune and having never been I don't know how it works so I'm just thinking the earlier we arrive the better.

                              What does everyone think?

Edit: I get very anxious and am all about being on time, hate being late. So if we set an AIS (ass in seat) time and someone isn't there I will leave without you, just a head up

                              • I think the TnT is ~$1 a run, who every buys the tickets has to work for an hour.
