Not a Miata course today, way to much foot through the firewall and waiting on something to happen. You guys with the torques must have been in heaven. Great event non the less, them Kilgore boys and the setup crew did an outstanding job.

I hope we saved a lot of puppies and maybe even a cat or two.

The course was awesome. Rewarding smoothness for sure. Sara put the hammer down again and Jerry beat me by half a second in my own car lol. I was glad to see it though. Let's me know there is more in the car and I can improve my times without touching the car. But it was a good day. The weather was great for racing in a lot with some friends.

Then why are you so set on them there slicky tires?

It was an absolutely wonderful day. Much fun. Had my highest raw finish position ever today, so that was cool! I at least scored a point or two in that running before the season ended :P

Make it go faster Ted! More gas less brakes.

            Fast and Wide

Courses like this permit all cars and their drivers to choose the fastest line for their performance model. Most fun that I have had this year. Thank you.

I thought W8 built a great course for Pts.9 two weeks ago, but think today's course was even more fun! Nice job again John. Thank you to Mark K. for letting me get 1 more fun run in... finally got into the 30's with that last run. WooHoo! Also, thanks to Sam & Rob for letting me drive your awesome cars during fun runs. Great weather, some beautiful scenery with the leaves changing, & a great day having fun with friends, cars, & all for a good cause.

I can't take credit for the course. I had a vision and Clay McCool set it in place. It was almost like the original drawing. It had the same line but with slightly different features. I was sure the Corvettes would be hard to compete with, but, they didn't show up.

Congrats to Clay for Top PAX time and to Darryl for a strong 2nd in RAW.
                Wore out tires?!...please.

I also like to thank them Kilgore boys for all the hours of prep involved in putting on these events. They do a lot of work before we even know about the events. We all need to thank them for their service and dedication to OUR club. Think about what YOU can do for our club and volunteer for a position. Set up crew, Timing and Scoring, Safety, Tech, whatever. Step up and show your support for these events by helping to make them happen.
I'm sure John and Mark would like to have a weekend off.

                Thanks!

Sorry about that Clay! Nice job to You & W8 on the course. It was a blast.

A HUGE THANK YOU to John & Mark for all they do to make these happen! I know that most of us appreciate you guys (& the other volunteers who make these happen), but sometimes we forget to tell you all. You guys have busy lives like the rest of us, but invest your time to let a bunch of us slackers reap the benefits of having fun. I usually try to stick around to help clean up, but will try to learn one of the other "jobs" to help out next season. Thanks again for all you do!

I've had a tough time making many meets this year due to work and family obligations, but as always I had a great time (if not great times, lol). I definitely lived up to my T-shirt's advertising (cone killer) judging from how long it took clean the assorted konekrud off my car.

This is a fantastic group of folks who make up the heart of our club. Thank you for all you do to make these special days happen. Be it logistics, administrative, design, or mentoring you guys and gals rock!

I had a blast at the event. Big thanks to Heath for the co-drive in his Evo X and for the other SM competitors putting up with me. Also enjoyed the fun runs in other cars, thanks to all for that! As always a great event and good course!

Thanks to John and Mark for continuing to put on good events!

Thanks for letting me take the blue Evo for a spin Sara and thanks for letting my Dad ride with when you drove the M3!

That was a great event. Probably the most fun I've had since my first event last year. Was in first in STR up until Stephen and Tanner both laid down great runs on their final runs. Even with the benefit of going last and knowing the time to beat I couldn't pull it off. Great job guys.

Huge thanks to Mark Kilgore for codriving with me at event 9. I learned more in that one event than all the others combined and was able to carry that into this event.

Thanks to everybody that helps make these events possible. I've been coming to these events for a year now and can honestly say that I have never met a nicer, more helpful group of people.
