Just because you choose to not build your cars to the rules doesn't mean we need to make a class for you. How many of our SM contenders run R-comps or have removed their radio and speakers? They still have a good time. I guess I'm not the person to ask since I have the wrong car and don't intend to win in pax, raw, or attendance championships.

Why do I keep racing these weird cars?
Why can't I just get a miata and be happy?

Well I am pretty confused after skimming through this, but I think I am in the same boat as Clay, that is wanting to run BSRT-Pro.

But -- I understand that too many classes and limitations of the registration system are obstacles.

It looks like Huntsville is skipping (choosing not to do) the RT classes entirely.

Huntsville autocross isn't a sanctioned SCCA event so they don't have to have all of the classes, it's my understanding that we do. We can add all the local classes we want but we can't remove a class just because we want to.
