Forum will no longer be utilized!

After facing many challenges with utilization of this forum for many years, the board voted on the evening of 1/12/2026 to stop use of the forum in favor of the modern, more effective means.

Most of our general club organization will now be coordinated via Discord and results from our events along with schedules and announcements will be hosted on our main alscca.net webpage.

What does this mean for the old forum? Well, in short we are going to stop using it. This has been reviewed several times in the past few years, and there has been a desire for some of more tenured members of the club to have the historic content preserved. In an effort to preserve this content, it was discovered that we could not simply export the content to be placed in a modern website. This forum will now become an archive only forum and will not be monitored. If you wish to preserve any of the content, this is your time to search the pages to find it. There is no promise that this content will remain available forever with the fragile nature of this forum.

Another great day standing in a parking lot. The course was a lot of fun, it was like 1/3 of a national tour course, very fast and it flowed well. Kudos to all those that helped with setup and made the event great.

I did finally manage a 26.0xx clean in the afternoon on two rear old street tires but naturally W8 came out with a 25.8 or faster...

Great event to wrap up the season...even with the wet start. For the first time in my brief autocross career I took advantage of the fun runs to beg some rides from my friends. Big thanks to those to let me take the keys, especially C & Heath for letting me try those insane Evos. Now I have to enter the off season with thoughts of some very fast cars in my head. Where's craigslist????

Oh, and big thanks to John Kilgore for stopping just before sticking my Miata in the fence. What a final run of the season!

Was a fun event and a great season. If I don't see you guys at the Barber PCA autox, I guess it'll be next season when I race with you guys again.

The course was a blast. It's strange being on tires that work. Thanks to Rod and Jerry for letting me drive their cars, they were both a lot of fun.

Big thanks to everyone who made it possible, it looks like on top of the donated supplies we'll be donating $500+ to the humane society!

          Awesome event!

I had a blast as well. The course was fun and flowing. I think I managed a 26.6 in the afternoon, just faster than Heath

Thanks to Rod for letting me run the Miata, the steering response is crazy compared to the E30. Sorry for turning into a couple of cones. Also thanks to C and Sara for a quick drive of the Evo, power is nice, turbos rock, and it makes me miss my old Evo.

I hope everyone that drove my E30 enjoyed it. I've got a couple of power mods planned for the winter to try to give it a little more umph.

Power steering? The volvo is terrible with the PSpump on. Take the belt off and see if it makes it any better, it may not be as quick lock to lock as a manual rack, but it's much better than having a floaty steering wheel.

Definitely loads of fun. The tires on the GTI were completely shot, and it showed! I think Nick was proud for the oversteer achieved through that last section on my 3rd run. The car does feel great on the new(ish) springs though. I hadn't driven an event on them till yesterday.

A big thanks for Joseph and David for letting me take their cars for a spin. Also thanks to Daniel and Rod for the offers ... I will have to take you up on them next time!

Also a big congrats to the kitties and puppies that will have some more food and meds and such!

I am available for a co-drive next season...but I'll leave it up to you to convince Sara to drive her own car

If you can post it sometime I'd like to see that in-car video.

THANK YOU to everyone that brought supplies and gave generously from your wallets. You guys totally rock!!!! C and I will be delivery the donations and cash next Monday. The volunteer from the shelter that was going to come had car trouble, too bad they didn't make it to the race, I'm sure you guys could have fixed the car right up.

Thanks to those that let me drive your cars, it’s always fun to try something different. Rod if I can get some more power in the blue car then you can co-drive, but I have an addiction so if mine is not up to par I can't let you take my spot. LOL

It has been a great season. Thanks to John and Mark for being our leaders again even though most of the time they didn’t get to race. You guys do so much work just so we can play, just want to make sure you know how much we appreciate it. And to all those that are there early in the morning to set the stuff up thank you!

                        Can’t wait until next season!!!

It's a good thing you guys' turbo buggies are so expensive. After tasting your's and C's I might have just shown up with one at the 2013 test'n'tune

On the other hand...I think C needs a new challenge. He should sell me the Evo and get to work on that STI
