Forum will no longer be utilized!

After facing many challenges with utilization of this forum for many years, the board voted on the evening of 1/12/2026 to stop use of the forum in favor of the modern, more effective means.

Most of our general club organization will now be coordinated via Discord and results from our events along with schedules and announcements will be hosted on our main alscca.net webpage.

What does this mean for the old forum? Well, in short we are going to stop using it. This has been reviewed several times in the past few years, and there has been a desire for some of more tenured members of the club to have the historic content preserved. In an effort to preserve this content, it was discovered that we could not simply export the content to be placed in a modern website. This forum will now become an archive only forum and will not be monitored. If you wish to preserve any of the content, this is your time to search the pages to find it. There is no promise that this content will remain available forever with the fragile nature of this forum.

My car turns better to the left and has a tendency for lift throttle oversteer to the right. Power band isbetween 45 and 60 mph and we're tryin to conserve the brakes. Also please keep in mind the wheel base ground clearance in conespacing....and we don't want the car to get too hot so make the course between 42 and 45 seconds long for our class.....

All of that sounds good too me, especially the conserving brakes and time between runs

Since John and I are still in the process of fixing the BMW engines, I would like to ask someone for a co-drive for this event. I will buy lunch!!! Any takers? Pretty please?

If you will design a G35 appropriate course, beat the mini, and instead of lunch pay my 15.00 entry fee you can drive the G35.

Mark, either you or John are welcome to co-drive the E30. I've got the rear bar disconnected now so it's a bit different than the last time you drove it. If either of you are interested just let me know.

Very interested to drive the car with the bar disconnected. I'll take you up on it Jerry. Thanks and lunch is on me!!!

Sorry Sam but I am interested to drive an e30 with no rear sway bar. But thanks for the offer and if things still aren't together by sept I may take a rain check.

Sam, as long as you continue to stay behind the mini it won't help very much!
