2012 Solo Points 2 Worker Thread

Saturday, April 7th, 2012 at Oak Mountain Amphitheater.

We are looking forward to the Second points event for ALSCCA. John Waight will be designing the course for this event and it looks to be a good course. We need workers to be sure that you show up on time and for your position. If you are unable to make it for whatever reason please let Mark or I know. We appreciate everyone's help and look forward to another great event.

Saturday gates will open at 7:30am and Registration will stop at 9:00am. Novice Drivers Meeting will be at 9:05am. Drivers meeting at 9:30am. First car off at 9:45am.

I know Rod will not be able to make this event so we are going to need some safety stewards to step up. I know this has been an issue in the past so we might as well start early with the request.

Okay, we have everyone set up for our event next weekend except for Safety Stewards. Mike C from TVR has offered to work as one SS, but we still need at least one more. I would prefer to have two more in case something happens.

I know we have had a few people that got their final shadow in last event, so we should have plenty of people now.

We might need to reach out to John from TVR to see if he's coming down and if he could SS. We could also poke Darryl and see if he could help.

After this one I'll have a license, but I won't be able to do registration and SS so we need some people to shadow Registration as well.
