I never prepared for that variable .Is there a precident ?Off the top of my head and completely unofficially ...I would say number of events attended in class. My next impulse would be to flip a coin unless you guys just wanted to bribe me to break the tie for you eenie meenie minee moe
Ill check into it .Any of you old timer soloists able to shed some light on ?
My understanding was is, 1st. The number of first place finishes, 2nd. The number of 2nd place finishes, and so on, then consider the number of events entered.

that is what i thought the tie breakers were, but i would like official confirmation. once lee's points get totaled correctly (he had a 3rd place finish at points 2 under #66), if i don't make it this weekend, & lee wins, we will be tied for points. we will have been to the same # of events, have the same # of 1st places, but i will have 1 more 2nd place finish.
I think a tie is broken in a Indian Wrestling match. The larger participant has to stand on a wobbly chair blind-folded.
Ties were determined in the Southeast Division by who won the most times when the competitors ran together in the same events.
Uh oh, that would put me up against Miss Rannow.
I would hope it is done by wins like every other form of msport. I understand that we deal with more variables, so it could lean towards the head to head results like in other sports.

This is hilarious !!!I needed a good laugh.I was sure i could depend on you Mike for a chuckle.Since I saw u (Bill) win SM2 today over Mr Kingry...both in your car....I can only assume that unofficially...you are the winner of SM2.Embarrassing decision averted.

yep, as soon as i paid the entry fee i beat him. i missed 2 events & he missed 3, that is what made the difference.
next year should be VERY interesting. if vincent figures out what class he should be in (no back seat = sm2), patrick gets a new motor, roy gets tires, and/or brian shows up regularly it should be a quite competative.
