In all the fun and excitement and chaos of the two lap Solo event last month, Mark and I completely forgot to get nominations for the 2011 Solo Awards.

We will be voting on these awards on November 13 at the last Solo event. Awards will be given at the 2011 Banquet.

Awards given will be as follows:

Driver of the Year
Most Improved Driver of the Year
Worker of the Year
Rookie of the Year (will be the Novice Winner...so no nominations please)

I was going to vote Ben Hardiman as most improved driver, but I have a feeling he's going to win the novice class so he can't get it...

I'll swap the nomination over to his dad, Rod Hardiman, and Thadeus Harkins as most improved drivers.
I'm thinking Matt Williams for driver of the year.
