2011 Points Event no. 7 will be held at Verizon Wireless Music Center, Sunday August 21st. Please post up here for positions on the setup crew.

***Remember to bring your friends and novices, and take part in our special mustache competition***

For those of you who want to be on the setup crew but have never done it, show up early and get a feel for what is needed. Help out where you can and learn from those who are there. These are your events, if you want them to be great, help to make them great.

***Special Note***
We would like to continue our devotion that Eric Edwards has been taking care of the last few years. Eric will not be at events for the near future and we are asking anyone interested in providing a devotion for both our Saturday and Sunday events. If you are interested in this position please let Mark or John Kilgore know.

Seems like we have had some difficulty getting tech inspectors lately. Gonna check with Zac to see if he's interested in shadowing someone this time.

Points 7 - Set-Up

I will help with the early set-up and can assist with SS work or announcing or wherever else we need a body.

Okay guys and gals, I know it seems like it has been a while since we did a Solo event, and maybe you all have forgotten to be on the look out for the worker thread.

We need

1. Pre-registrar (Online registration) {this is typically Michael Cholewa, are you out there}

2. At least one, if not TWO experienced Tech workers to complete our Tech staff. Zac Hardiman is signed up as one Tech person, but he has not done this on his own, and would like to make sure he has someone to follow up with.

We need people to step up. Thanks so much.
