Forum will no longer be utilized!

After facing many challenges with utilization of this forum for many years, the board voted on the evening of 1/12/2026 to stop use of the forum in favor of the modern, more effective means.

Most of our general club organization will now be coordinated via Discord and results from our events along with schedules and announcements will be hosted on our main alscca.net webpage.

What does this mean for the old forum? Well, in short we are going to stop using it. This has been reviewed several times in the past few years, and there has been a desire for some of more tenured members of the club to have the historic content preserved. In an effort to preserve this content, it was discovered that we could not simply export the content to be placed in a modern website. This forum will now become an archive only forum and will not be monitored. If you wish to preserve any of the content, this is your time to search the pages to find it. There is no promise that this content will remain available forever with the fragile nature of this forum.

Why do you think I screwed everything down?

And yes, it was a great course and a well organized event. We has some interweb issues in the trailer, but it all got worked out. We get a little more sorted every event ... but then something that was working decides to break ... lol.

The course was great!! the event ran smoothly with minimal glitch/ timing gremlins that we normally have.
I wished that I got to stay for the afternoon runs, and made it to Hunstville yesterday. but work comes before play. see you guys at the next event. C

Its good to see y'alls car counts up. Maybe if the economy gets a little better we can make it over some more !

Especially once we get the "new" car working... Glad y'all are having a good time...

Thanks, and I completely agree.Having Mark and C up front after session 1 was a real eye opener, and a welcome change. Everyone seemed to pick up the course much faster than me this event and it really pushed me to make up time in the afternoon.

I finally realized that I wasn't taking my own advice ... I was trying too hard to carry speed in to and through a corner rather than focusing on the exit. I focused on that and made up a lot of time. Plus, Katie showed me the correct line through the last box, which let me find another 4 mph at the finish!

Thanks to all for putting on a well run event with a creat course. That was my first out of region event and you all made me feel at home. Great competition in ST with Darrin and I battling for the lead. If the track would have remain wet for the second session, Darrin would have come out on top.

                Thanks again!!!!

I thought the same. If we did 3 and done you would have destroyed my time.

Loved the course. The mega-box at the end really rewarded those who turn in early and, well, to see what can happen if you turn in late, I refer you to the scary spin on my first run.
