Too bad nobody made it to Nashville last Sunday. Pretty cool running an autocross on the road course like TGPR, just faster with a lot of grip.

    Hi Mike,

Do you know if the next Nashville event (11/16) will be run on the road course again? How many runs did you get last weekend? It's a 4 hour drive for me, but I heard that the course was FAST, fun, and long. It might be worth the drive.

Nashville will not use the road course again until next year. We got 4 runs because of the large turnout. The sun was setting and shadows seemed to change the course as we finished. Using the garages for changing tires was wonderful, smooth clean concrete and lights. East Tennessee showed up in force and ran 15 pages on their forum talking about it.

Yeah, it was long but 15-20 seconds shorter than the Super Shootout.

I just read this on the TRSCCA site:

"And back by popular demand, we are going to do the Nov. 16th event on the road course of Nashville Superspeedway again. It will be the same course but this time around there will be a cap of 100. We will have on-line registration once gain and I ask that if your not sure if your going to make it, please don't sign up."

It seems that they're running the same course again with a slight change to the start! I'll be watching for registration to open.

Did they actually run you through the corners on the course? That photo is great!

Sorry, I just found out about it in Nashville when I picked up some wheels this morning from Chadwick.
